These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the slopk platform, including all gaming, wagering, account, and payment services offered at slopk.app. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bet.

Access to slopk and all real-money gaming services is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
Each player may hold only one registered slopk account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses credited to slopk accounts are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal of derived winnings.
Withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts may deposit but cannot withdraw until KYC is completed.
Players must not use software, exploits, or coordinated strategies to gain unfair advantage. slopk reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where fair gaming policies are breached.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated policies referenced herein:
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and slopk. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the slopk platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full.
If you are accessing slopk on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that such person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.
slopk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation on slopk is lawful in your jurisdiction. slopk does not provide legal advice in this regard. By registering, you warrant that you have satisfied yourself that your participation is permissible.
Each player may maintain only one registered slopk account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. slopk employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations.
All information provided during the slopk registration process must be accurate, current, and complete. Players must promptly update their account information if any registered details change. slopk reserves the right to request re-verification of account details at any time.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from a slopk account, and in other circumstances at slopk's discretion, players will be required to complete identity verification. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by slopk may result in suspension of withdrawal access or, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slopk account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified slopk of a security breach in writing without undue delay. slopk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by you.
slopk processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status and transaction history.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the slopk cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified slopk accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC. slopk targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes; however, processing times may be extended due to banking procedures, high transaction volumes, or security review requirements.
All slopk account balances, bonus credits, bets, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). slopk does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
slopk offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. The following general conditions apply to all slopk promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
All bets and game rounds placed on slopk are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, and individual slot game mechanics. These product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and form part of this Agreement.
slopk settles cricket and sports bets in accordance with published market rules. For PSL matches and international cricket events, settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, slopk's market-specific rules will apply — these are published on the betting market information page.
slopk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest pricing error. This includes but is not limited to typographical errors, data feed failures, and system faults that resulted in a price that no reasonable person would consider to represent the genuine market odds for the event in question.
Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all slopk products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. slopk reserves the right to pay winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit in instalments over a reasonable period agreed between the parties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slopk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
All content on the slopk platform — including but not limited to the slopk brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of slopk or its licensed third-party providers. No element of the slopk platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial or non-commercial manner without the express written consent of slopk.
Game content, including slot titles and live dealer interfaces, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to slopk for display on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slopk's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms or the player's use of the slopk platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their slopk account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
slopk shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of gaming winnings, or loss of data, arising from or in connection with the player's use of the platform.

slopk implements technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures are reviewed and updated regularly in line with applicable data protection standards.
slopk reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly alter player rights or obligations — slopk will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the registered player's email address or mobile number before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in slopk's product offering that are not to the detriment of the player — may take effect immediately upon publication.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your slopk account and withdraw your Real Money Balance (subject to the standard verification and withdrawal conditions) before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slopk holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slopk platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through slopk's internal complaints procedure.
To submit a formal complaint, players should contact the slopk support team in writing by email. slopk will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by slopk's licensing authority.
